I have lived here for 2 yrs and I am about to live here for another 2. Property Manager is fantastic at what she does. Super friendly and they take care of their renters. Repair and maintenance are always here within 48hrs and they always email when they are done or you have a package. I'm in love with my apartment and will be here for a while!

I moved into Woodlake on the Bayou in March, and my experience with the leasing office and staff has been excellent from day one. Maintenance has consistently addressed my requests quickly, and the team has been wonderful to work with. I love my apartment’s location, price, and layout, and I appreciate the ongoing improvements around the property. Overall, the staff does a great job creating a comfortable community, and I’m grateful for their hard work.
